The hotel was clean with a great shower. However, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable.

During my stay, I was pleased with how clean and modern the hotel was. The breakfast options were impressive, and I especially enjoyed the good coffee served in the morning. I was visiting the nearby attractions, and the location was perfect for it. The staff was accommodating when I mentioned a few issues with noisy neighbors, which I appreciated very much.

The pool size is underwhelming!!! Issues with billing, including multiple pending charges that confuse the check-out process!!! Maintenance needs attention, especially with the minor wear and tear around bathrooms!!!

Unfortunately, my room’s floor was dirty and sticky, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. The breakfast was not prepared by the stated time, leaving us unable to eat before we had to leave. We also experienced issues with the shower drain, which was slow and caused some frustration during our stay.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed bag. Enjoyed the spacious King Room and the nice workout center. The desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offerings included great coffee and a good variety of muffins. On the downside, the bed was uncomfortable, causing some back pain, and I noticed minor maintenance issues like the slow-draining shower and a few scuff marks on the walls. The pool was quite small and didn't offer much space to relax. Overall, I would definitely think about returning because of the staff and breakfast, but some updates are definitely needed.

The staff was friendly and made my kids feel welcome! I was impressed by how clean everything was, especially the workout center was a big hit for me after a long day.

The hotel was very well maintained, and the staff were courteous and professional. After dealing with noisy neighbors, the team lowered our rate and made every attempt to accommodate us. Loved the pool – if you can, time your dip after the kids have left the premises!

The indoor pool was perfect for the kids. and the breakfast included some fantastic options like fresh pastries and hearty oatmeal. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making our family feel right at home.

I did notice some noise from a group of teenagers during our stay, which could be improved.
